• "Customer," "You," "Your" refers to the individual or business entity using our water delivery services.
• "Services" refers to the office water delivery services provided by Xibiba, including but not limited to bottled water delivery, water cooler rental, and related equipment.
• "Products" refers to bottled water, water dispensers, coolers, and any other items supplied by the Company.

2. Service Agreement

By placing an order with Xibiba, you enter into a binding agreement to purchase our products and services. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, particularly in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2.1 Order Placement

2.2 Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing order details, delivery schedule, and payment information. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed.

3. Delivery Terms

Xibiba is committed to providing timely and reliable delivery services to your office location. Our standard delivery terms are as follows:

• Deliveries are made during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise arranged.
• A responsible person must be present at the delivery address to receive the order and sign for delivery.
• Delivery schedules are estimates and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen events.
• If access to your premises is denied or no one is available to receive the delivery, additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries.

3.1 Delivery Area

We deliver to office locations within our designated service area. Please contact us to confirm whether your location falls within our delivery zone.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, though any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and approved business accounts. Payment terms for business accounts are typically 30 days from invoice date, subject to credit approval.

4.2 Late Payment

Late payment fees may be applied to overdue accounts. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances until payment is received in full.

5. Equipment Rental and Maintenance

Water coolers and dispensers provided by Xibiba remain the property of the Company. Customers are responsible for the reasonable care and proper use of all rented equipment.

• Equipment must be used in accordance with provided instructions and for its intended purpose only.
• Customers must notify us immediately of any damage, malfunction, or defects.
• We provide routine maintenance and servicing as part of our rental agreement.
• Customers may be charged for repairs or replacement of equipment damaged due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions.

6. Product Quality and Safety

Xibiba is committed to providing high-quality, safe drinking water that meets all applicable health and safety standards. All our products undergo rigorous quality control testing. 7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may cancel scheduled deliveries with at least 48 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for unopened, unused products may be issued at our discretion, subject to a restocking fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xibiba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information collected during the ordering process will be used solely for service delivery, billing, and communication purposes. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

Xibiba reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage customers to review these terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
